Accepting WHAT IS
Change is welcome – if we want it. However, when change is not welcome, we must learn to release the resistance and accept “What Is”.
Pay attention to any resistance you may be experiencing now. Notice “what is”….going on in your personal life, in our world, at work, with your finances, etc.
When I come from a space of welcoming “what is”, things shift and I begin to welcome the What Can Be.
Pause and ask yourself this today…. What is something i can learn from “What Is” ?
